Forget supps for the moment - what are your goals? Do you have a routine sorted? Do you have a rough idea of how many calories you need every day? Read online the weight gainer was a straight road to fatness and it can lead to me gaining mass but without the muscle definition. I did consider using it for a starter and then switching to whey. But then read the nutrition list. Anabolic had more carbs than protein, way more than a scoop as compared to whey. Figured I'd try and keep up with my pasta and rice. Hope I have made the right decision.
I've always been lean growing up. With regards how many calories I need, I have actually done the calculation before. Will just have to do it again. Cheers though and I will be reading up on the articles for examples of food to have.
Also yes, I do have a routine. Used it the last time I went to gym for a brief period. Will post it soon. Apologies for the delay. So ordered it from there.
But decided not to buy it from there, was just playing it safe. He said what I needed was weight gainers. Wouldn't say I liked his physic though not sounding bitchy.. But he was just bulky smooth-ish. Also, because these days, I keep having to force myself to eat more. Used to be able to eat more, now it is almost an effort, always taking my time etc to finish a meal. Based on feed back of others, it seem to work good for me in the past.
Although, could only do it for apporox. Lat pull down, seated row, reverse flye, pull overs. Shoulder presses, front raise, lateral raise, rear delts. Squats, Leg press, leg extensions, leg curl, Straight leg dead lifts. What do you guys think? Create an account or sign in to comment. Partly because of financial reasons which is linked to eating proper food, gym membership etc. Not sure which to choose or if I should look for weight gainers instead that is, if these two aren't weight gainers.
Not sure if I'll class myself as a hard gainer to be honest, so won't know. So guys, please point me in the right direction.
