My dad bought me my first gym membership when I was 16 years old. What impressed me about Stallone was not his size but his symmetry and definition.
I approached muscle building like I approach everything I get excited about, full out. I subscribed to Muscle and Fitness magazine, bought books on bodybuilding and worked out like a demon. In spite of following the experts and even spending what little money I had on supplements, my growth was disappointing. For the next few years I kept at it, adjusting my routine and supplement regimen hoping that I would land on the perfect combination that would finally give me the growth I was seeking.

I would wake up ready for my day and productivity levels sky rocketed.
It has been quite a ride for me and I couldn't imagine going back to my old ways in health and fitness. Only 12 weeks in and already my transformation is impressive. I am now mentally adjusting to my new body image. I have lost 10 pounds of body fat. I am physically, mentally and spiritually stronger. I spend less time at the gym compared to other conventional programs. The nutritional part of it is simple and effective. I am currently 39 years of age and feel reborn.
