Posted July 21, Oh and I forgot to add, if you're new to protein shakes or simply never added eggs to one before , its really not nasty at all, doesnt taste anything like an egg and I normally add 2 or 3 to just a standard one scoop protein blend with 10oz of milk. Posted July 21, Calories are calories, there is an equal chance of gaining fat between them if you add other stuff and make UYM a shake. A lot of it depends on your body type, can you eat and eat and eat and have a hard time gaining weight?
If so, you should be good to go. If you gain fat easily, then you can definitely see some fat gain, but if you bust your ass at the gym and dont back down in the tiniest bit, you should see minimal fat gain.
