Looking forward to seeing your results from the ShredaBull. First Impressions of the product A little background on me. I'm a 33 year old male who's been lifting seriously for about a year now.
I lifted off and on since high school with short spurts of focused intensity that always seemed to die out and go away after hitting short term goals.
I have a nicely equipped home gym now that makes working out so easy that there's really no excuse for me not staying with it, as well as a little bit of maturity, and hindsight that comes with it, that helps keep me on track.
I was a chubby kid, and a sick one at that, with a degenerative disease that caused all kinds of problems. Because of that I was on medication until my early 20's that made me retain fluids and gain weight easily, and as a result I got as high as pounds in my early 20s.
Once I got off the medications my weight dropped rapidly before I settled in at around pounds for a good long stretch. A few years go by and I start biking less, and the weight starts slowly going up, 3 or 4 pounds a year, nothing noticeable. Over time, and after getting into a relationship that led to marriage, the weight continued to come back until the point that i realized a change was needed and I started lifting and dusting off all of my old lifting books and magazines and researching the info again.
Currently I am at pounds looking to eventually lean out to about before I go on a bulk again to try and add 10 pounds of LBM over the course of this year. My Current workout schedule looks like this. Monday and Thursday - Chest, Shoulders, triceps Tuesday and Friday - Back and Biceps Wednesday and Saturday - Legs I do cardio anywhere from a minimum of 4 days a week some weeks, and every day in various forms some weeks. It all depends on what type of activities i have going on over the weekends.
Diet wise my daily intake is averaging about calories a day, with grams of protein daily being the general goal. Over the course of the last 28 days as an example though, the 28 day average has come out to calories per day My first day with Shredabull was Friday Jan 21st and I quite enjoyed it.
The suggested dosing scheme is 3 capsules daily, and even though I have a rather good tolerance for stims I will be starting with 2 daily until I get a feeling for the product and how it will impact my sleep. I popped one capsule upon waking and within 20 minutes or so definitely felt the energy kick in that i generally associate with thermogenics that i have tried in the past like stacker 2 and caffeine pills. The dose kept me awake and functioning well throughout the morning, and I took my second dose 30 minutes before listing at about 1pm.
All of my lifts stayed steady, with the exceptions of lat pull-downs which included a new PR of 13 reps at pounds. I attribute that to general progress though and not the product in this case. Followed the weights up with 30 minutes of steady state cardio on the elliptical and felt fine. Sleep came easy friday night and no problems were had.
Saturday I dosed following the same scheme, one in the Am upon waking, and it gave a good amount of energy that got me through a pretty hectic Saturday of running errands and taking care of tasks that needed my attention.
Dose 2 for the day came at about 3pm when i got home, approximately 40 minutes before the leg workout. No new records were hit, but pounds and reps stayed consistent with my last workout and overall things felt good. Sunday was a low dose day, had one pill in the morning to get things firing and it did the trick well enough. Didn't dose again as I was out all day at a friends bbq watching football and relaxing.
Took 1 dose Monday Morning to get rolling into the week and it worked just fine. Did 20 minutes on the elliptical immediately after and did some interval work, really started to drag ass about 15 minutes in.
Tuesday followed he regular dosing scheme, 1 in the am to get going and one in the early afternoon half an hour before lifting. So far I am enjoying shredabull well enough.
It hasn't floored me and amazed me in some crazy new way, but it has done what it is meant to efficiently and given me steady energy without much of a crash like I may get when i use something like jack3d. Originally Posted by jdaring.

Been using the shredabull on a daily basis and am still enjoying it overall. Wednesday i took a upped my dose from 2 per day to 3 per day, using a third shredabull approximately 30 minutes before my late leg workout and it definitely helped get me through the last few sets. Thursday and friday both had me doing a 3 per day dose, both days having good to slightly above average lifting sessions.
Saturday i definitely noticed a good bump from the shredabull when i went to do cardio. After a few minutes of warm up i did a timed mile run and shaved a little over 45 seconds off of my previous best time, taken about 6 months ago.
While that was largely due to increased cardio as of late and generally being in better shape, the caffeine kick defintiely gave me the energy to power through the last quarter mile without slowing down too much.
So far the product is doing exactly what it should, giving me decent energy without any noticeable stim crash following it. Here we go, it's a really basic setup in our 3rd bedroom. I have a smith machine with various attachments like the low pull and the lat pulldown attachments. I have dumbbells ranging from 15 to 60 pounds, a few kettle bells and medicine balls etc as well.
Im looking forward to see how Shredabull treats you. A little over 10 days in and figured i'd throw up some numbers. Weight - up 1. This one is not a particularly worrisome one as I had a nice salty cheat meal of buffalo wings and beer last night.
Calories - I have averaged calories a day during the time I have been using shredabull, with the macro break down being grams carbs, grams protein, 80 grams fat daily.
This got a bit skewed by a big cheat meal that was planned, but gives a basic idea of consumption. General observations so far - the appetite suppression is definitely noticeable during the day, as sticking with any sort of caloric restriction is not a problem at all. I have had a few nights where sleeping was an issue, but I can't say that is the fault of the shredabull as I generally see nights like that from time to time anyways, and it happened well before starting the product.
All in all it's doing what it should so far, giving energy throughout the day, and some appetite suppression effects as well. Originally Posted by Mickfootie. Overall so far so good, Shredabull is doing what it should. First off I'll throw in the macros for the period since the last time i provided macro info. Daily Caloric Average - Macronutrient Breakdown Protein - g Carbs - g Fat - 57g Energy levels are still consistent, no crazy highs but also no intense crashes or problems sleeping at the end of the day either. I am running 3 pills daily, generally 1 upon waking, 1 around 12pm, and the third dose around 4pm pre workout.
No stomach issues or any sort or any problems with taking the shredabull in general. I haven't used any pre workout formulas since starting this log and haven't missed them any, the caffeine and other ingredients in this give me enough energy that getting through a weights session isn't something that is a problem. While my caffeine tolerance was high to begin with, i am guessing that after this 30 day run of shredabull it's going to be off the charts.
I do expect that the next time I take a PWO with 1,3 dimeth though it'll be like the first time all over again as it's been quite a while now without any. Appetite is starting to become bigger and bigger and a little more of an issue during the evening, but during the daytime keeping things on schedule food wise is easy as can be.
I've upped consumption of green fibrous veggies with my night time meals, and that helps a good bit, in addition to adding in some steady state cardio for short bursts at night as needed.
My numbers on lifts are staying the same, made a few additional reps at the same weight in a few of my base moves like the incline bench press and one arm bentover dumbell rows, which is a good sign. During a cut I am happy to just maintain strength levels, but to still make improvements, even small ones, is fantastic.
